Day of Coordination

For the couple who requires someone to manage their special day.

This is the ideal option for the couple who want to take care of the planning, but want to make certain that everything runs smoothly on their Wedding Day.

A certified Wedding Coordinator (and an assistant if necessary) will be present at both the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, and will be in direct contact with all vendors to ensure that all services provided are exactly as described in the contract, as well as keeping the timetable running accordingly.

On average this will be between 10 to 12 hours on the Wedding Day. This includes a detailed Wedding Day Itinerary, as well as execution of the Rehearsal and use of Emergency Kit. 

Month of Coordination

For the couple who chooses to plan their own special day but need all of the last minute details confirmed and executed.

This is the ideal option for the couple who have planned all the details of their wedding and would like assistance confirming vendors and executing their Special Day.

A certified Wedding Coordinator will assist you a month before your wedding day to create a timeline for your wedding, review your contracts, and act as liaison between yourself and your vendors.

They will also be present at both the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.

Full Wedding Planning

For the couple who requires inclusive execution from conception to completion of their special day.

This is the ideal option for the couple who require advice, support, and guidance, throughout their entire wedding planning process.

A certified Wedding Coordinator will assist you in each and every step of the wedding planning process from choosing your venue, entertainment, decor and even cake.

Engagement of Wedding Coordinator as a Designer or Design Consultant.

 

Creating or putting together all of the decorative aspects of the Wedding Day.

A La Carte Services

Every wedding is unique and requires a different level of
assistance.

Ceremony or Reception Set Up
Assistance in setting up Candle Lighting, Seating Chart or Place Card Arrangement, Sign-In Book, Favours, etc..

Wedding Rehearsal Coordination
Including Processional, Recessional, and Receiving Lines

includes Consult & 1 hour Rehearsal

Ceremony Coordination
Assistance on the day of for Ceremony only. Bridal entourage’s guidance, wording of program, and itinerary layout. Perfect when your ceremony is in a different location from the reception.

Includes 1 hour rehearsal

Reception Coordination
Assistance on the day of the Reception only. On the Reception Day, CHAI Weddings + Events will act as Director to ensure your reception flows smoothly, will follow timelines of Bride & Groom, vendors, & venue.
Includes Pre-Wedding details Consultation.

Additional Celebrations

Rehearsal Dinner, After Party, or day after brunch.

Wedding Site Assessment

Celebration-site walk-through. Assistance in the floor plan, design, and direction for the planning ahead. Perfect for home weddings.
